Shipping

Processing Time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Shipping is automatically calculated using the shipping address customer provides on check out. 

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges:

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery 

I DO NOT accept returns or cancellations:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of Return

Buyers/Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
